"We just needed to ‘THANK YOU’ so very much for the perfect, beautiful service you conducted for Our Amazing Dad. You took the time to make sure that it was exactly what we wanted. ‘You have the gift’. You made it feel so much more personal and very warm. It was the Dad we all knew. We lost count on how many said afterwards that they had never been to a funeral like it (even our religious relations, which was really nice to hear).

Dad would have been not only proud of us, but proud of you for giving him the very best send off. You made a sad goodbye a lot easier with a lot of nice memories, you raised smiles and lots of laughs, which we are really grateful for.
